Make therefore sure the following files are in Windows\System32 directory:

Wsnmp32.dll 

Ntprint.dll

Tcpmib.dll

Mgmtapi.dll

Snmpapi.dll


If File Corrupted

Files may be copied from another (working) XP installation.
