Problem with sending emails on Outlook. Cannot open this item. Outlook has already begun transmitting this message.

Open Outlook


1) File --> Options --> Advanced --> Mail --> Send/Receive
- uncheck "Send immediately when connected"
- to be on the safe side, click the Send/Receive button and uncheck auto sending of mail at scheduled times
2) Close Outlook
3) Restart Outlook
4) you should be able to delete the problem email item in the Outbox
5) Reverse the steps outlined in item #1
6) close Outlook
7) restart Outlook

or open task manager
 - end task outlook

open outlook again
